KOHIMA: In its aim towards building a rapport with locals, Assam Rifles personnel stationed in Nagaland reached out to provide medical assistance to a 2-year-old infant who had suffered burn injuries in Kiphire district on April 7, 2021.
On April 8, the Assam Rifles' Kiphire Battalion under the aegis of HQ IGAR (North) also held a free medical camp in Seyochung Town, New Puilwa, and Peren districts.

Notably, a two-year-old baby who had sustained burn injuries was treated instantly by troops.
The villagers praised the Assam Rifles' efforts and expressed appreciation.
First aid and life-saving Critical Medical services were provided to the patients.
