Nagaland reports 2 Covid deaths, 50 new cases

DIMAPUR: Nagaland recorded two Covid deaths and 50 new cases on Wednesday. There were 48 recoveries in the last 24 hours.

The deaths occurred one each in Dimapur and Kohima.

Of the fresh cases, Dimapur registered 30, Kiphire 1, Kohima 6, Mokokchung 4, Phek 4, Tuensang 2, Wokha 2 and Tuensang 1.

Among the 48 recoveries, Dimapur reported 22, Kohima 9, Mokokchung 5, Mon 6, Phek 3 and Tuensang 3.

The total caseload in Nagaland stands at 30,485 and the active cases at 707. So far, 620 people died of the infection while 28,226 have recovered from it. Altogether 918 people migrated from the State.
