DIMAPUR: Nagaland in the past 24 hours, reported as many as 81 fresh cases of COVID-19 and one fresh death due to the infection.
With the new cases, the state's COVID-19 caseload has risen up to 27,024, while the death toll has reached up to 522.

Among the fresh cases, Dimapur recorded 18, followed by Kiphire 2, Kohima 37, Mokokchung 9, Mon 1, Peren 8, Phek 3, and Wokha 3.
Altogether 60 people patients infected with the virus have recovered from the infection during the period, bringing the total number of recoveries in the state to 24,494.
Nagaland currently has 1,237 active cases, and 757 people migrated from the state.
