AGARTALA: The Left candidates for all the six seats submitted their nominations along with three other candidates from other political parties for the autonomous district council (ADC) election in the north Tripura district of Dhalai on Wednesday.

Until submitting their nominations, the Left candidates planned massive marches and conferences.
The candidates of the Left Front include Arun Debbarma for Halhali-Asharambari constituency, Badarbhum Halam for Demcharra-Kachucharra, Champarai Aslong for Chawmanu, Matilal Shuklabiadya for Manu-Chailengta constituency, Sukhomoy Debbarma for Kulai-Champahour, Alendra Riang for Ganganagar-Gandacharra, and Prabin Tripura for Raima Valley constituency.
MLA Nirmal Biswas, former MP Jitendra Choudhury, former MLA Lalit Tripura, former MLA Anjan Das, veteran Gajendra Tripura, and other Left leaders accompanied the candidates during their submission to the respective returning officers.
In addition, the IPFT candidate for Kulai-Champahour submitted his nomination, accompanied by minister Mevar Kumar Jamatia. Nakul Riang of Tipra Motha, royal scion Pradyut Kishore Devvarman and Rajesh Tripura of Raima Valley submitted their nominations yesterday for Ganganagar-Gandacharra and Raima Valley respectively.
