INSIDENE is all set for the second edition of its flagship event, the INSIDENE Youth Conclave 2019, to be held on on Saturday, November 30, at the Pragjyotish ITA Centre in Guwahati.
This year’s Conclave will be the second edition of INSIDENE’s flagship event. After successfully hosting Speakers from across Politics, Cinema and Media in its first edition held at Don Bosco, Guwahati on September 22, 2018, the team has geared up for its biggest event yet!
The aim of this year’s event is to provide a platform for leaders and experts to connect with the youth and discuss current and contemporary issues of the Northeast region. INSIDENE intends to shed light on the future of the Northeast States, with special emphasis on boosting trade, sports, tourism, entrepreneurship and cinema.
INSIDENE has come up with topics that have become the major concerns of the people in the recent times: such as the National Register of Citizens, Citizenship Amendment Bill, Inner Line Permit and Article 371A. Considering the ongoing debate among people and experts on citizenship exercises and rights of the indigenous people, the Youth Conclave will be hosting renowned political leaders to share their perspective.
INSIDENE Youth Conclave 2019 will be a day-long event of talks with some of the best icons from Politics, Cinema, Business, Journalists and Sports. The motive is to give the youth of the region a chance to interact with the leaders and put forward their concerns.
The event’s intention is to share the issues and collectively come up with ideas to dwell on and act upon. The young minds are expected to know more about the region and take away a wealth of information on the current issues.
