DIMAPUR: Two the National Socialist Council of Nagaland-Isak Muivah (NSCN-IM) cadres and two other persons have been arrested by Dimapur Police in connection with the abduction and illegal detention of a woman in Nagaland.
The arrested persons have been identified as-- Semato Shohe (35) Ahuka Yeptho (36), both NSCN (IM) cadres, and two others are Sunjemtoshi Aier (42), and Supong Ao (46).
The arrests were made on different occasions in response to the victim's accusation that she had been unjustly detained for four days in an unknown place by unknown persons.

During the inquiry, it was learned that the issue arose from the victim's failure to repay a local credit society for a debt worth many lakhs of rupees.
A case has been registered in the East Police Station Dimapur.
In another incident, Dimapur police have arrested an NSCN (IM) cadre identified as Mugha Khulu (37) from the ISBT area, Purana Bazaar, here for illegal possession of a country-made 32 pistol.
A case has been registered in the East Police Station, Dimapur, police said.
