ITANAGAR: Wishes poured in for Prime Minister Narendra Modi from friends, family, ministers, and across the political spectrum as he turned 71 today.
Ministers, political leaders took to social media to extend their warm wishes to PM Modi on his 71st birthday.
Alongside many parts of the country Northeastern state Arunachal Pradesh also celebrated the birthday of the Prime Minister of India.
In Arunachal Pradesh, PM Modi's Birthday was celebrated at Tawang district near Indo China border.
Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)'s Kisan Morcha of Tawang district celebrated Modi's birthday as Kisan Jawan Samman Diwas at Zomkhang hall of Tawang town.

Tsering Tashi Mla of Tawang informed that BJP started Sewa & Samarpan Abhiyan in the whole country and as a part of this Tawang also starting this Abhiyan to reach out to the people and help in terms of the medical COVID-19 related and cleanliness drive.
Panchayat leaders, Gram members, and other elected leaders attended the celebration where they cut the cake and distributed blankets to the ex-servicemen and headmen of villages.
On the other hand, Sudarsan Pattnaik, an Odisha-based artist, has once again captured the attention of netizens by creating a stunning sand sculpture of Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the occasion of the latter's birthday.
Pattnaik, known for his detailed, coloured sand art, used a whopping 2,035 seashells to create the PM sculpture on Puri beach.
Pattnaik posted a photo of the sculpture on Twitter, wishing the PM a happy 71st birthday.
