Police arrests Facebook user for spreading 'divorce rumours' of Tripura CM

Agartala, April 27, 2019:

The Tripura police have arrested the Facebook user for allegedly spreading fake information regarding the divorce and domestic violence case of Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb and wife Niti.

Meanwhile, Biplab Deb’s wife Niti has already posted on her social media handle and claimed that the divorce suit is just a rumour and a piece of fake news.

She further termed the rumour as “cheap and fake” and generated for “cheap publicity and mileage”.
