NEW DELHI: The protesting farmer unions have called a nationwide chakka jam (wheel jam) on February 6 when they would block national and state highways for three hours in protest against the internet ban in their agitation sites, harassment allegedly by authorities and others.
In a press conference at the Singhu border, on the Haryana side on Monday evening, Union leaders said they will block the roads between 12 pm and 3 pm that day.

Swaraj Abhiyan leader Yogendra Yadav alleged the action against the Twitter account was taken on the "request of government", adding accounts of some vocal individuals have also been suspended.
