SASHASTRA SEEMA BAL ORGANIZED BLOOD DONATION CAMP

Voluntary blood donation is an act of humanity.

Sashastra Seema Bal Ladies Wives Welfare Association (Sandiksha), Sector Headquarters, Bongaigaon Unit, today organized a Blood Donation Camp in collaboration with Medical College, Barpeta at Sector Headquarters Sashastra Seema Bal.  Speaking on this occasion Sh Anthony Thanmi, Deputy Inspector General, said that Blood Donation is the greatest in all donations.

Dr Dipankar Baruah, Associate Professor, Barpeta Medical College elaborated profits of Voluntary Blood Donation to the people present on this occasion.

Total 79 units of Blood were collected in the Blood Donation camp organized today. Personnel of the all units of SSB Sector Bongaigaon  i.e. 15th SSB Battalion, Kajalgaon , 6TH SSB , Battalion , Ranighuli , 31ST SSB Battallion , Gosaigaon   as well as Sector Headquarters participated and donated Blood in the camp.

Utpala Nath , Member , Sandiksha, Dr. Dipankar Baruah, Associate Professor, Barpeta Medical College, Dr. Jabin Masfique, Assistant Professor, Barpeta Medical College, Dr Gitali Devi, Assistant Professor, Barpeta Medical College, Dr Missimi Daimary , Medical Officer, Barpeta Medical College , Dr Parth Keshav Kakti , Medical Officer, Barpeta Medical College, Sh. S M Das, Staff Officer Administration , Bongaigaion Sector ,  Dr T S Singh, Assistant Commandant veterinary, Sh Ghanshyam Meena , Assistant Commandant ,  Sh. N.P.Tripathy , APO and Jawans and Sandiksha members from units and Sector Headquarters were present on the occasion.
