Sub Inspector of Tengakhat arrested in 1 lac Bribery case

Sub Inspector, Dipjyoti Das of Tengakhat PS of Dibrugarh district was arrested for allegedly receiving a bribe of Rs. 1 Lac from a civilian.

Also, The said amount has been recovered from his custody.

The Officer-in-Charge of Tengakhat Police arrested him yesterday.

Also as per sources, the 2nd officer of Tengakhat PS, Dipjyoti Das has taken the amount in connection with a POCSO case.
