ASSAM: TIMBER VAN SEIZED IN GOSAIGAON

A Maruti Van carrying timber has been seized last night in a search operation in Kosugaon of Gosaigaon district led by a team under the Protection Ranger ACF Rajiv Ingti. The van was seized from National Highway No. 31 near Jaimar where some miscreants were illegally carrying timber in it. However the driver and the trader have succeeded to escaped.

Further the team successfully seized the timber van and brought to the Forest Ranger office of the region.
