AGARTALA: The Border Security Force (BSF) has asked for information from the Border Guards Bangladesh (BGB) regarding an intruder who has succumbed to his injuries, which he got while trying to run away from chasing Indians, at a hospital in north Tripura yesterday.
As per the claims of the forces and reports, residents of Sonaichera, a border village of north Tripura, observed the movement of four persons n the intervening night of June 13 and 14 and chased them. Though three successfully escaped and returned to Bangladesh, one "fell down on a blunt object" while trying to escape and net injuries.

The villagers reportedly found him in a seriously injured condition and admitted him to a local hospital. After the deterioration of his condition, he was shifted to the district government hospital in Dharmanagar.
The injured man identified himself as Suman Munda (27), resident of Kalamata village in Juri Sub-district of Moulvibazar district in northeast Bangladesh, during investigation before passing away at 9 am on Saturday.
The BSF officials of the Tripura Frontiers said they had not received any missing person report from the BGB. They lodged a protest note with it to verify the credentials of the intruder.
