AGARTALA: The Tripura government has sought an opinion from parents on taking the decision to conduct 10 and 12 board exams amid the ongoing pandemic situation.
Education Minister Ram Lal Nath on Monday informed that he will chair a meeting in Agartala on June 14 where opinions and suggestions will be thoroughly discussed.
During the meeting, experts including the former education Minister will also be present.

“Senior officials of the tribal autonomous district council, prominent psychiatrists, and former Education Ministers will be invited at the meeting. After the meeting we will declare a final decision”, said Nath according to a report on Monday.
According to reports, opinions will be taken online on the Tripura Board of Secondary Education (TBSE) website, from Tuesday till June 15.
The state had earlier announced that examinations for only select papers will be conducted in view of the pandemic situation.
