SANGHA REP RAWT (DRIED FISH CHUTNEY)Ingredients:
- Small dried fish - 5-6 nos.
- Roasted tomato - 1 medium sized
- Green chillies - 4-5 nos.
- Garlic - 6-7 cloves
- Onion - 1 large
- Burmese coriander bunch
- Salt to taste
Procedure:
- Roast the dried fish and break them into pieces.
- Roast tomato and peel off skin. Mash and mix with the fish.
- Roast 4-5 green chillies, chop it into pieces. Add ground garlic.
- Put in sliced onions and Burmese coriander.
- Finally add salt to taste and mix the ingredients well.
- Serve with steamed rice.
