Ingredients:

  • Small dried fish - 5-6 nos.
  • Roasted tomato - 1 medium sized
  • Green chillies - 4-5 nos.
  • Garlic - 6-7 cloves
  • Onion - 1 large
  • Burmese coriander bunch
  • Salt to taste

Procedure:

  • Roast the dried fish and break them into pieces.
  • Roast tomato and peel off skin. Mash and mix with the fish.
  • Roast 4-5 green chillies, chop it into pieces. Add ground garlic.
  • Put in sliced onions and Burmese coriander.
  • Finally add salt to taste and mix the ingredients well.
  •  Serve with steamed rice.
