The 91st Academy Awards was held at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, Los Angeles on Sunday in a glittering ceremony that was attended by the who’s who of the entertainment industry. ‘Green Book’ was adjudged the ‘Best Picture’, while Alfonso Cuaron won Best Director for ‘Roma’, which also won the ‘Best Foreign Language Film’ at the awards ceremony.
Rami Malik won ‘Best Actor’ for his portrayal of Freddie Mercury in biopic ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’, while veteran actress Olivia Colman won ‘Best Actress’ for her performance in ‘The Favourite’. ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ won the most awards as it took home the gold in four categories.
