The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on March 24 organized a grand roadshow in the capital city of Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh. Led by Union Minister Kiren Rijiju, the event marked a significant milestone in the party's campaign for the upcoming assembly and Lok Sabha elections in the frontier state.

The spectacle commenced from the BJP state headquarters in Itanagar and traversed through the city's streets, culminating at the residence of BJP's candidate for the capital constituency, MLA Techi Kaso. Thousands of BJP supporters, adorned in saffron, joined the procession, forming an impressive convoy of vehicles that stretched across the city.

Union Minister Kiren Rijiju spearheaded the campaign with gusto, exuding confidence and optimism for the party's prospects in the upcoming elections. Riding in a specially designed vehicle, Rijiju and MLA Techi Kaso were greeted with showers of flowers as they made their way through the crowds.

Reflecting on the overwhelming support received during the roadshow, Union Minister Rijiju expressed gratitude to the people of Itanagar and pledged unwavering support for MLA Techi Kaso's candidacy. He reiterated his commitment to bringing further development to Arunachal Pradesh, citing his previous electoral triumphs and the potential for even greater success in the forthcoming polls.

Addressing concerns about recent ED actions against political figures, Rijiju stated the importance of transparency and accountability in governance. He referenced ongoing investigations into corruption allegations, highlighting the impartiality of enforcement agencies in addressing malpractice regardless of the individuals involved.

Union Minister Rijiju also outlined his vision for leveraging his new role in the Ministry of Food Processing to benefit Arunachal Pradesh stating plans for promoting the state's organic produce and facilitating access to export markets and advanced processing technologies.
