Adhyay unfolds a chapter which is based on the contemporary socio- economic misery of the large section of the humanity along with the political crisis to get rid of it in this so called gross materialistic society. The story itself raises the question through sporadic incidents of human life about the deterioration of humanism. In some places of the world, humble people are victimized due to prevalence of superstitions, deliberate tortures or non availability of basic needs. Moreover, today the whole world gets disturbed because of conflicts between different sections of the humanity in the name of caste, creed, religion, language etc.
