Assam's popular singing sensation and the voice of this generation, Angaraag Mahanta aka Papon, celebrates his 44th birthday on November 24.
Currently in Goa after yesterday's refreshing private event held by HDFC Bank, Papon is heading back to Mumbai to spend his special day with his near and dear ones.

Keeping it simple, the crooner is reportedly planning to be with his family this evening for his birthday, unless there's an event to attend and as usual the Paponist's are celebrating his 44th birthday in Dighali Pukhuri park in Guwahati city, today.

Moreover, the success that he has achieved in mainstream Bollywood music, is unprecedented for a musician hailing from Assam. His ability to break the barriers and bring the global community under the common umbrella of music is second of none.
