Legendary singer Lata Mangeshkar’s health condition is reported to be stable now. Mangeshkar was earlier admitted to the Breach Candy Hospital on Monday due to a “viral chest congestion”.
The veteran singer’s spokesperson issued a statement which said, “Lata didi is stable. The progress is steady and good. We look forward to take her home as she gets well. Thank you for your prayers and support.”

Following her ailing health, the entire nation poured in ‘speedy recovery’ messages in all the social media platforms.
Lata Mangeshkar, who has recorded songs in over 36 Indian languages, turned 90 on September 28. She became a recipient of India's highest civilian honour Bharat Ratna in 2001.
She is known for evergreen songs such as "Pyar kiya to darna kya" and "Ajeeb dastaan hai yeh".
