A special screening of Nick Jonas-starrer "Midway" by acclaimed Hollywood Directot Roland Emmerich was arranged for Indian armed forces. The film is about American sailors and pilots who changed the course of World War II during the Battle of Midway in June 1942.

"Midway", which opened this weekend, pays homage to the men who fought the Battle of Midway during World War II. In sync with the theme of the film, PVR Pictures organised a special screening for the defence forces in Mumbai and invited its officers and commanders, along with their families for the screening.

PVR Pictures released the film in India on November 8. The special screening took place two days before release.
