A South Korean airman has reportedly been arrested for leaving his base to watch the latest Marvel movie 'Avengers: Endgame.'
The unidentified man who is enlisted in the Republic of Korea Air Force in South Korea, where military service is compulsory for males between 18-28, went missing so he could watch this year's hottest flick, 'Avengers: Endgame'.
When the soldier disappeared, the South Korean police tracked him down via a taxi driver who said he had dropped off a soldier at a local cinema.
The soldier enjoyed the bliss of the cinema for three hours but was arrested as he was leaving the theater.
He later confessed that he ran away from the site while the troops were standing by. He is currently under investigation for leaving his post without permission.
This soldier certainly needs to be lauded for his dedication to following the latest exploits of Thor, Iron Man, Hawkeye, Captain America, et al.
