Sikkim’s Tribeni Rai’s ten minute film “Chori” has been selected for screening at the 6th Woodpecker International Film Festival (WIFF). The film festival will be held at Siri Fort Auditorium in New Delhi from November 23 to November 25.
Altogether 59 films and documentaries from 12 countries have been selected for the screening. Rai’s “Chori” is among the three films selected from North East for this year’s festival.
Other prominent films to be screened in the festival include Oscar winning documentarian Kirk Simon’s “The Pulitzer at 100”, national award winning films “Veil Done” and “Eye Test”, globally acclaimed documentary “Attenborough’s Ant Kingdom” etc.
