A combined family is moving into a mansion in the opening scene of the Chandramukhi 2 trailer, and they are specifically told to stay away from the south block, which is thought to be Chandramukhi's home. Raghava Lawrence plays King Vettaiyan Raja, while Kangana plays the title role of the captivating dancer Chandramukhi.
Vadivelu, Raadhika Sarathkumar, Lakshmi Menon, Srushti Dange, Mithun Shyam, Mahima Nambiar, Rao Ramesh, Vignesh, Ravi Mariya, Suresh Menon, T. M. Karthik, and Subiksha Krishnan are among the excellent ensemble cast members in P Vasu's film.
In an interview with IANS, Kangana opened up about her role in Chandramukhi 2. She said, “I play a larger-than-life character in a quintessential paisa-vasool entertainer. It’s a mix of genres. The film has a bit of action, comedy, horror, romance and is also a musical. In fact, this is the first time I have been part of a big entertainer playing a larger-than-life character”.
