Shah Rukh Khan Visits Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Before Dunki Release

Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan paid a visit to the holy shrine of Mata Vaishno Devi in Katra recently. A video of the actor at the shrine has been circulating on social media. Khan, who is awaiting the release of his upcoming film Dunki directed by Rajkumar Hirani, has visited the shrine twice before this year, prior to the release of his films Jawan and Pathaan.

The video, shared by PTI, shows Khan being escorted by his team and a few policemen, with his manager Pooja Dadlani accompanying him. To avoid public attention, Khan went incognito, donning a large black jacket and cap.

Dunki, featuring Khan, Taapsee Pannu, Vicky Kaushal, Boman Irani among others, is set to release on December 21. Khan recently clarified the meaning of the film's title on social media, explaining that 'Dunki' represents the feeling of longing for loved ones.

Khan had also visited the shrine before the release of Jawan and Pathaan earlier this year, both of which grossed over Rs 1000 crore each worldwide.
