Guwahati, December 26, 2019:

The Nepal Police have arrested as many as 122 Chinese nationals in Kathmandu for allegedly staying in the country illegally.

The Chinese nationals were arrested in a joint crackdown by the Metropolitan Police Crime Division (MPCD) and Metropolitan Police Range.

According to reports, the Nepal Police have also seized several laptops from the 122 individuals. The Kathmandu Police Chief stated that the Chinese nations were arrested after the Police were informed of their involvement in suspicious activities in Nepal.
