3 killed and 15 injured in massive explosion in Pakistan's Karachi

 A massive explosion in Karachi’s Gulshan-i-iqbal area on Wednesday killed 3 people and injured 15 others. All the deceased and injured have been shifted to Patel hospital.

Although the cause behind the explosion is still unknown, the police said it was caused by a cylinder blast. The officials further informed that the bomb disposal squad is currently at the site and are now trying to identify the actual cause of the explosion.

The senior superintendent of police has been directed to immediately submit a report on the details related to the incident and the further steps to be taken by the police.

A witness informed that the explosion took place on the second floor of a building which reportedly damaged the windows of the nearby building as well.
