BERLIN: The devastating floods in western Europe has pushed the death toll to 150 and swept many houses away leaving thousands homeless.
Hundreds of people still missing and rescuers are continuing their operation to find trace.
As per media reports, at least 24 people died in Belgium whereas fatality in Germany is way more.
Overflowing rivers have become a greater threat to the Netherlands and it remains on high alert.
Luxembourg and France have also been affected by flooding, which erupted amid relentless rain and storms.

Reportedly, Rhineland-Palatinate state residents said everything was underwater within "15 minutes" from their houses to offices.
The streets were submerged by water, cars were left overturned on soaked streets.
Frank-Walter Steinmeier, Germany's president, has said that fighting climate change is the only way of preventing natural disasters.
Various world leaders including Polish President Andrzej Duda and UAE President Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan have sent messages of condolences to Germany.
