ICJ to hold public hearing in USA vs Iran case

International Court of Justice ( ICJ ) to hold public hearings in US vs. Iran case from 14 to 21 Sept 2020. Alleged Violations of the 1955 Treaty of Amity, Economic Relations, and Consular Rights (Islamic Republic of Iran v. United States of America).

The hearings will be devoted to the preliminary objections raised by the United States of America.
