Giving a glimpse into what we call as the “New Normal”, pop ensemble Kahitna took to the stage for nearly two hours as listeners turned up in rows of hundreds of parked cars for this special live concert, reported Reuters.
This one of a kind live concert held in Jakarta, attracted more than 900 people and 300 cars with all watching the live concert from inside their cars. The venue like any other concert ground, highlighted the new reality we live in.

A similar concert was held in UK which gave the audience a glimpse into the future where as many as 2,500 people turned out to watch English rocker Sam Fender perform at Newcastle’s Virgin Money Unity Arena on August 11.
Socially-distanced boxes, spaced two meters apart from one another were set up for the audience from where the audience could see the live concert.
The Kahitna performed for more than 900 people in Jakarta with people honking and flashing their car headlights as the group played sentimental tunes. One of the concert organizers, Chaeruddin Syah, said the show was a reminder of the good times people had before the coronavirus pandemic.
