Myanmar Military on Tuesday donated protective equipment to help China fight the deadly Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.
This noble move of Myanmar comes amid rising death tolls and positive cases of Coronavirus in China. The donation includes 90,000 pieces of surgical masks, 90,000 pieces of N-95 respirators and 90,000 pairs of safety goggles were handed over to Chinese Ambassador to Myanmar Chen Hai at the Nay Pyi Taw International Airport.

General Mya Tun Oo, chief of general staff of Myanmar Army, Navy and Airforce said that the donation is a part of Myanmar’s humanitarian assistance to portray closer military cooperation with China.
A military aircraft loaded with the protective gears left Myanmar to Kunming, capital of southwest China's Yunnan province, on Tuesday after the donation ceremony.

It needs mention here that the death toll in China has crossed 2,600 in China and 77, 658 cases have been reported in the country.
Coronavirus has spread to other parts of Asia, the Middle East, Africa, North America and Europe, infecting more than 80,000 globally. South Korea has reported the highest number of coronavirus cases outside China.
