A Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) plane with nearly 100 passengers on board crashed in Karachi on Friday afternoon.
The PIA plane Airbus 320 was reportedly traveling from Lahore and crashed near Model Colony in Karachi just before the landing at the Jinnah International Airport.
The plane crashed one minute before landing at 800 feet. Around five houses damaged in the incident.
Army Quick Reaction Force and Pakistan Rangers Sindh troops rushed to the incident site for relief and rescue efforts alongside civil administration.
