“To get up each morning with the resolve to be happy is to set our own conditions to the events of each day. To do this is to condition circumstances instead of being conditioned by them” - Ralph Waldo Emerson
Saying no is very easy. When we have a fear of failing, we tend to say no and try to stay in our own comfort zone. But if we say yes, our life can expand and deepen. The yes will allow us to open up our life to more happiness.

THINK POSITIVE– It may seem to be the easiest thing, but this is the most difficult thing especially when we are having a hard time. When we are having a bad time, we tend to get mad at everything and everyone around us. We just don’t know what to focus on.
If you are in a bad situation, try to focus on things that make you happy. If something is bothering you, and you are constantly thinking about that you end up creating a mess in your head. So, try and imagine positive things. Try to read books and quotes that are positive. Anything that pushes you toward the light.
CHOOSE THE RIGHT PEOPLE– It is never easy to identify who is right for you in the first meeting. Sometimes people can be good for years and then end up destroying you. So, try to identify who is right for you, even the people you currently have in your life. Try to know their intentions because you want to include good people in your life. If you have just 3 to 4 amazing people around you, that is enough. You don’t need millions of people who are just there to have fun and use you. So, make sure to choose the right people in your life.
CUT OFF TIES WITH THE WRONG SORT- Sometimes you get used to a person with then and with time when they treat you badly, bully you or make you feel low, you still stick to them because of the attachment that has grown between you. Sometimes people don’t turn out well and still they stick to your life and you let that happen. You must identify those people and cut them out from your life for good.
STOP TRYING TO PLEASE EVERYBODY- 80% of the time our mental state depends on whether we are able to please those around us. We always try to please people no matter who they are. Sometimes you do things that you don’t want to, just to fit in. This will affect your peace and eventually break you. STOP CARING ABOUT WHAT PEOPLE THINK ABOUT YOU. Stop living your life according to everybody else because this will hamper your growth.
Remember, it is never too late to change your life.
