42 HOUR MANIPUR BANDH CALLED OFF

The 42 hours Manipur bandh imposed by the KCP (Nongdrenkhomba), which has signed an MoU with the Government has been withdrawn after a meeting with Additional Chief Secretary Dr J Suresh Babu. The bandh was called off after the Additional Chief Secretary assured to put up some of their demands to the Chief Minister for due consideration and their demands would be met soon.
