MANIPUR: CHIEF MINISTER N. BIREN SINGH CONGRATULATES HSLC EXAM, 2018 TOPPERS

Chief Minister Shri N. Biren Singh extended his congratulations to the toppers of the High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) Examination, 2018 conducted by the Board of Secondary Education, Manipur.

In his congratulatory message, the Chief Minister said that hard work is the recipe to success. Through hard work and perseverance the toppers have made their  parents and teachers proud. He also congratulated all the students who have passed the matriculation examination. He expressed his happiness to learn that the pass percentage of this year is the highest in the last ten years of HSLC Examinations. He also wished them good luck for their future endeavours.
