Manipur Chief Minister N. Biren Singh had the first ever interaction programme and appealed to work for the enlistment of the poor and needy people.
Chief Minister N. Biren Singh in the Interaction programme with all the officers of the Organised Services of the State held at City Convention Center, Imphal stated that he will work together to merge the best ideas and plans to bring benefit for the common people of the State.
The main objectives of the interaction programme is to highlight the importance of working together and cooperating with officers of both State and Central to bring development for the State.
The ‘Go to Village’ mission programme is a human oriented programme where the government will directly visit the location and provide instant solution to the grievances and problem faced by the villagers, he added. During the programme, all the beneficiaries’ schemes of different departments will be utilised to meet the needs of the needy villagers, continued Biren.
Chief Minister mentioned to have a good governance and transparency in the State and also appreciated the efforts and achievements made by the committed officers for implementing various schemes over the years. He is also happy to mention that Prime Minister Modi is indeed happy to learn the development works being implemented in the State and bringing emotional integration among the people of the State. The programme was attended by MLAs, Chief Secretary, DGP, Senior Bureaucrats and other officers.
