Jobs in Manipur: Graduate teachers' application can be filled online till 21st Jan; link here

IMPHAL: The online submission of application forms for the engagement of 923 graduate teachers jobs in Manipur can be done by interested candidates till January 21.

The online submission of application forms for the said posts for teachers' jobs in Manipur on a contract basis in the Education (S) department started from December 27, 2020.

The Education (S) department has notified that the online submission of application forms, relevant documents, and registration fees pertaining to the engagement of 923 posts of Graduate Teachers on a contract basis in the Education (S) Department will start from December 27, 2020 till January 21, 2021.

According to a notification issued by Director of Education (S) L Nandakumar, candidates can apply by following the link provided in the official website of the department ‘www.manipureducation.gov.in’ or directly going to the URL ‘www.edusmaniregistration.com’.

It said that all the applicants who are willing to avail the Meritorious Sports Quota to furnish duly filled in Forms/Formats appended to the Office Memorandum No. 9/1/83-DP dated October 17, 1998, issued by the Department of Personnel relating to the appointment of meritorious sportspersons to Class III and IV posts.

The relevant forms are uploaded in the directorate's website, it added.

It further stated PWD (Visually Impaired and Orthopaedically Handicap) applicants who are willing to avail the personal scribe are to furnish duly filled in declarations by the candidate and scribe to the office on or before February 14, 2021.

In suppression of the earlier notification, reservation of posts for PWDs shall be as per DP OM No. 33/25/17-DR(For/DP)-PLII, dated February 26, 2020, it added.

It also said the essential qualification for appointment as Arts graduate teacher and Science graduate teacher on contract basis shall be as per the existing RRs of graduate teacher for the relevant post.
