MANIPUR: ASSAM RIFLES APPREHENDS AN ACTIVE PLA MEMBER

Moreh Battalion of 26 Sector Assam Rifles under the aegis of HQ IGAR (South) apprehended an active cadre of banned outfit People Liberation Army (PLA) from  Ganesh Gate near International Gate No 2, Moreh, Tengnoupal District on 21 Jun 2018. The cadre is identified as SS Sergeant Nilachandra alias Kshretimayam Singh, age 38 years resident of Imphal West. After initial interrogation the individual was later handed over to Moreh Police for further investigation.
