In a video clip, the inmates seek an apology and stated that such an unfortunate incident would not be repeated in Manipur. "We the inmates of VRHS QC would like to apologize to the people and to the honourable chief minister and district administration for not following the SOP and norms & rules in the QC" the inmates said.
