A thrilling and exciting road expedition to London

The longest cross border road expedition was flagged off today from Imphal. ‘Road to London,2018’ organized by Adventure Overland was flagged off at the complex of Hotel Classic Grande, Imphal by Chief Minister, Biren Singh. A total of 26 individuals from different corners of the country and three organizing members took part in the expedition and 15 sport utility vehicles were utilised for the expedition.

The longest expedition of India from Imphal to London will cover 18 countries, 16000 kms in a span of 49 days. It will be oled by two avid travellers of the organizing company; Sanjay Madan, an off-road expert and Tushar Agarwal, a travel writer.

The Thailand Tourism department will be supporting the expedition by hoisting welcoming flags and organizing networking dinner with cultural dance and flag off ceremony in Imphal, Tak and Chiang Khong, Thailand.

Tushar Agarwal stated that such opportunities of travelling 18 countries on road will be very rare and it will also give chances of cultural exchange among the countries.
