MANIPUR: TWO CADRES OF PREPAK-PRO APPREHENDED

In a combine operation led by a team of Cordoned and search operation (CDO) Moreh led by DSP/CDO Moreh Thomas Thokchom along with OC/CDO Moreh Y Shakti Shen Singh, under the supervision of SP/ Tengnoupal Dr. S Ibomcha Singh arrested two cadres of banned organization PREPAK-PRO from Shanti Nagar, Ward no. 7, Moreh . The arrested were identified as Thangjam Langamba Meetei alias Chairenkhomba (22) son of Thangjam Shyam Meetei of Moreh Turel Wangma. His rank is s/s Sergeant with Army no.3872. He joined the organization on 5th june 2009 and received basic training( 38th batch) at Leseik in Myanmar for 3 months. He is currently based in Limatoo camp of PREPAK -PRO in Myanmar.

The second cadre named Yumnam Ashok Kumar Singh alias Boinao(29) son of (L) Yumnam Angou Laba Singh of Yumnam Huidrom Thiyam Leishangkhong, Wangoi, Imphal West. His rank is s/s Private with Army no.4532. He joined the organization in April 2018 and received basic training for 50 days at Limatoo in Myanmar and he is currently based at the Limatoo camp of PREPAK-P.
