<p>Chief Minister N Biren Singh, along with ministers, MLAs and high ranking officials paid tribute to a statue of Mahatma Gandhi.<br>

<p>CM Biren Singh extended his wishes to the people, urging that they follow the ideology of non-violence and cleanliness which Mahatma Gandhi believed.</p>
