NPP releases first list of candidates for district council polls

Guwahati, December 24, 2018:

The National People’s Party (NPP) has released the first list of selected candidates to the upcoming elections to the Khasi Hills Autonomous District Council (KHADC) in Meghalaya scheduled for February 27, 2019.

The other 11 candidates are- World Champion Paliar from Rambrai-Jyrngam, Bainor Rapsang from Mawphlang-Diengiei, Anthony N. Nongbri from Laitumkhrah-Malki, Kitborlang Nongrem from Ranikor, Rangkynsai Kharbuki from Umroi, Mitchel Wankhar from Laban, Diverland Lyngdoh from Mawkyrwat and Apsharailang Syiem from Nongstoiñ, which includes sitting members- Victor Ranee from Jirang, Pynïaid Sing Syiem from Sohryngkham and Jansing Tynsong from Lyngkyrdem-Laitkroh
