Gauhati HC extends stay order on govt's no COVID vaccine no salary directive

GUWAHATI: The Gauhati High Court Kohima Bench has extended the interim stay order on the Nagaland Government's no COVID-19 vaccine no salary directive for three more weeks.

This came after the state government respondents sought more time to file affidavit in opposition while the matter was heard on August 18 last.

The next hearing is listed on September 8.

The matter was first head on July 28 this year where the court has given 2 weeks time for the state government to respond.
