Nagaland reported 69 more COVID-19 cases on June 21st, 2020 taking the state’s total to 280. Of the 69 confirmed cases, 65 patients from Peren QC, 3 from Dimapur QC and 1 from Zunheboto QC.
Informing this, the Nagaland Health and Family Welfare minister S Pangnyu Phom tweeted:
Of the 280 confirmed COVID-19 cases, 139 are active cases and 141 have been cured and discharged so far. However, the state has not registered any death case so far.

Assam has the highest number of COVID-19 cases in Northeast India followed by Tripura. Nagaland has the fourth-highest cases in the region.

India has crossed 2 lakh-mark in terms of corona positives on June 3rd. As on June 22th, the country currently has 425K confirmed COVID-19 cases, 174387 active cases with 237195 cured and discharged. The total number of deaths is 13699.
Among the states, Maharashtra is the first state to cross 6 thousand deaths. It has recorded 132075 corona cases with 65744 cured, 6170 deaths, and 60161 active cases. The western state is followed by Delhi and Tamil Nadu. Delhi has corona 59746 cases with 33013 cured, 2175 deaths, and 24558 active cases. Tamil Nadu has 59377 positive cases with 32754 cured, 757 deaths 25866 active cases. Gujarat with 27260 COVID-19 cases, so far, has 19349 have been cured, 1663 deaths, and 6248 active cases.
