Nagaland reported 4 more COVID-19 cases on June 27th, 2020, taking the state’s total to 375, the Health and Family Welfare Minister S Pangnyu Phom stated. All cases are from the Dimapur quarantine centre.
Of the total 375 confirmed COVID-19 cases, 213 are active cases and 162 have been cured and discharged in the state so far. However, the state has not registered any death so far.

Assam has the highest COVID-19 cases in Northeast India followed by Tripura.

India recorded the highest-ever daily spike of 18,552 COVID-19 cases in the last 24 hours, pushing the total tally to 5 lakh. The death toll is now 15,685 with 384 new fatalities, as per data released by the Union Health Ministry. Active cases in India stand at 189463 while 285637 have been cured or discharged so far.
Among the states, Maharashtra is the first state to cross 6 thousand deaths. It has recorded 152765 corona cases with 79815 cured, 7106 deaths, and 65844 active cases. The western state is followed by Delhi and Tamil Nadu. Delhi has corona 77240 cases with 47091 cured, 2492 deaths, and 27657 active cases. Tamil Nadu has 74622 positive cases with 41357 cured, 957 deaths 32308 active cases. Gujarat with 30095 COVID-19 cases, so far, has 22030 have been cured, 1771 deaths, and 6294 active cases.
