Kohima, November 11, 2019:

Bohoto Kiba, the son of the Kilo Kilonser (home minister) of the National Socialist Council of Nagaland-Unification (NSCN-U), got married at 5th Mile in Dimapur, on Saturday.

However, the wedding guests must have been bemused after they saw the bride and the grooms pull out military-grade assault rifles during the wedding ceremony.

Soon, the pictures of the bride and the groom toting the guns and striking poses for the camera soon went viral on social media platforms. The pictures were widely circulated, leading to 'shock' and 'awe' among netizens.

In the pictures, which were extensively shared on WhatApp groups, the newlyweds were seen posing with the war-grade weapons, AK 56 and M16.

Sources reveal that even the guests were shocked at the open display of weapons at the wedding and jaws dropped on the floor at the sheer audacity of the bride and groom, who seemed to be having a gala time displaying the shiny guns.

It may be mentioned here that the NSCN leader Kiba had earlier courted controversy by threatening journalists. In an earlier incident, he had reportedly threatened to shoot members of the press if they continue to use ‘self-styled’ or ‘ss’ before designations of the militant outfit's members.
