Two India Army soldiers were martyred during an ongoing cordon and search operation at the Nowshera sector in Jammu and Kashmir, officials said.
According to reports, the soldiers had detected some terrorists trying to sneak in from Pakistan using the forest cover at Khari Thrayat.

Jammu-based Indian Army Public Relations Officer Lieutenant Colonel Devender Anand in an official statement said, “Two army soldiers were martyred during cordon and search operation in Nowshera sector. The operation is still in progress and further details are awaited.”
The infiltrators opened fire on the troop of soldiers as soon as the search operation was launched.
As per the officials, a massive operation is on.
