Sunderbani, July 30, 2019:

Pakistan Army has resorted to unprovoked ceasefire violation again along the Line of Control (LoC) at Sunderbani sector in Rajouri district of Jammu and Kashmir.
The Indian Army responding strongly, and has led to heavy damage to its counterpart's posts and casualties to Pakistan soldiers have been inflicted by own troops.
An army jawan called Naik Krishan Lal has been martyred during the ceasefire violation.
Naik Krishan Lal (34 years) hails from Ghagriyal village inTehsil – Akhnoor district of Jammuand Kashmir.
He is survived by his wife Shashi Devi.
It is to be mentioned that a 15-day-old baby has been killed, along with his mother and another civilian yesterday along the LoC in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir.They were injured when hit by splinters from mortar shells in Shahpur sector. All the injured were rushed to a nearby hospital but later succumbed to their injuries.

The shelling in the sector started at around 5 pm on Sunday along with Saujiyan sector, while the firing from across the border started in Mankote area of Mendhar sector.

The heavy firing caused much damage to civilian houses, as per sources.
