Guwahati: Bharatiya's National Spokesperson Sambit Patra is usually known for his controversial statements and actions that he does on national television channels. Similarly, on Tuesday, the District Court of Delhi has ordered the police to file an FIR against Patra after he had posted a doctored video of New Delhi's Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on social media.
The video clipped had allegedly shown Kejriwal supporting the controversial farm laws which were recently repealed.
Patra had shared the video on Twitter and further the microblogging site tagged Patra's post as manipulative media. However, Patra had deleted his tweet.
The District Court has directed the Delhi police to register a case against Patra under 156 (3) of CrPC.
